Help Quiet Slippers

Does such a thing exist? My DF has moccasin type but all our floors are hardwood and they are so noisy I hear him if I’m in bed early or if up later.

He suffers from bad ankles & gout so needs full slippers for support and these have miss shapen due to him trying to tip toe about.

Anyone recommend quiet soled full back slippers?

I've been a huge fan of the brand for many years and they really last.

They are also MN's top-rated slippers if that means anything :)

Gelerups, might have spelt that a bit wrong, they have a suede sole, mine have a back to them, fit a bit tight to begin with, then loosen up. i would not say they are super supportive but i feel safe in them.

I got these for my son, I think the soles are felt/latex so quiet and also non slip.

We have 90% hardwood floors and I don't hear my DH's Ugg Ascot slippers

Another shout for Haflingers. I get mine from the shop @TatianaBis linked to. I like the felt-soled backless ones (although appreciate you're not looking for these, there are loads of styles) - very cosy, very quiet.
