What would you put in a stocking for a 1 year old girl, only wanting to spend about £10-15...

A festive bib
Some bath toys
Book
Vests & socks in next size up

SoftSheen · 14/11/2021 21:56

A small doll with her face peeping out over the top
Bath toy
Book
A favourite snack (whatever that might be!)

Jossbow · 14/11/2021 21:58

Mittens/hat
Socks
first size toothbrush

Patapouf · 14/11/2021 22:01

A snack, a book and a soft toy or little wooden Christmas figure. Should be doable for 10-15£.

Stompythedinosaur · 14/11/2021 22:04

Egg shaker or hand bells.
Board book e.g. that's not my reindeer
Rainmaker
Bath duck
Bubble bath
Little cuddly toy

My 1yo is getting a tangerine, colour change bath toy, small wooden bus, maracas and a couple of small pram books.

alphabetti · 15/11/2021 21:22

My baby girl will be 1 beginning of Dec and in her stocking will be socks, chunky crayons, bath toys and a little cuddly toy

Cherryrainbow · 15/11/2021 21:40

I've put in

Bubbles
Glitter play doh stuff
Hair bows
Milky bar xmas deer thing

DockOTheBay · 16/11/2021 06:17

Which end of 1?
My 20 month old is getting stickers, playdoh, books, duggee socks and pants, peppa pig toothbrush and toothpaste, lanka kade animals and chocolate coins.

If they're only just turning 1 then I guess they'll be too small for stickers or playdoh

We add things like toiletries, hair bobbles & clips, maybe new gloves/mittens, socks are always good too. One year we even resorted to balling individual pairs to bulk out younger DD's stocking so that older DD wouldn't think Santa had been unfair 😂

Etherealhedgehog · 16/11/2021 06:44

DD will be 15 months. I'm planning on checking out the second hand toy store near us to try and get a couple of small things that I don't think are worth buying new yet as a kind of trial to see if she likes them - hoping to find a couple of Happyland figures and a toot toot car or similar. Also stole an idea off another thread and I'm going to get her a couple of small boxes, stuff one with a chiffon scarf and the other maybe bouncy balls - basically she loves putting things in things. Then probably a bath book, some bubbles, hairclips

Raindancer411 · 16/11/2021 06:46

I brought a musical baby set and wrapped it all separately. Bath toys, little boardbooks library, baby foods, and a soft panda toy on top

BoopBooppp · 16/11/2021 08:55

Chocolate coins
Bubbles
Socks
Rain maker/ other small instruments
Chunky crayons
Orange
Bath ducks
Mini board book library

Thanks everyone! Great ideas. Must get shopping. This is my last little bit to get for the kids now.
