Fake oodie help please

DD has asked for an oodie for Christmas, along with other things, so although I can’t stretch to an original, I’d like to buy her a fake one. Can anyone recommend a good substitute?
I’ve looked on Amazon and found a few nice ones, but there’s always a few reviews that say it comes up too small/short, doesn’t wash well etc
She is 5ft and I’d like it to be around knee length, and preferably a patterned one - cats/pandas/sloths etc
My budget is about £30 (or is that too little?…)
Would really appreciate some help on where to look!

Primark do a range of these.

I'm 5ft 1 and love my £17 Sienna one off Amazon. It would tick most boxes, though not patterned.

WeeM · 13/11/2021 23:33

Next have them and they do a panda one too Grin. I also saw them in Primark ladies section.

Cocovivid · 13/11/2021 23:34

Primark have some great ones. They're around £20.

I have an oodie and a primark and have been wearing my primark one more Blush

Dunelm oodies = fabulous. I'm 5ft8 and my one comes past my knees great for curling up in and washes really well

I saw some lookalikes in TKMaxx today

My DD got this one for her birthday & pretty much lives in it, so I guess I did okay...

Highly recommend the dunhelm ones, £16 they have a lovely sloth print one. My dd is 13 hers comes well past knees, she adores it. Fleecy material not too thick but still warm.

My girls have the amazon Sienna ones. They're knee length on my 5'3" dd1. I think I paid £16 for one and about £18 for the other (one grey, one pink). They're not patterend though.

Both wash fine, when I'm allowed to wash them 🤦‍♀️🤣

Welcometothejingles · 14/11/2021 09:32

I got one from Next last year and it's midi length on me and I'm 5"3. It was around £20, very thick & good quality. Next call them [[https://www.next.co.uk/g934501s3/211176?dp=a&gclid=EAIaIQobChMI5Z-Yz8WX9AIVWevtCh0IZQSTEAQYAiABEgIYG_D_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds#211176 oversized

ShirleyBadass · 14/11/2021 09:37

I got both of my older two real Oodies and my younger son a fake from Amazon for a fraction of the price...don't make my mistake! Buy them all from Amazon!

YouHaveAHeartOfGold · 14/11/2021 11:06

Brilliant, Thanks very much everyone for your help Smile

We've also got the Amazon Sienna one and it's fab

SoupDragon · 14/11/2021 11:08

I got the Sienna ones last year. They've both gone all horrible inside.

When they arrived, the black one was great quality - double layered and really nice. The silver one was shoddy and single layered.

VienneseWhirligig · 14/11/2021 11:11

I have both an oodie and a sienna one. I find the sienna one much shorter (I'm 5'4") but still really cosy and soft. It doesn't beat my oodie though, it is my favourite thing. It was a present from my parents.

They are having a Black Friday sale with up to 50% off, I think the code is BLACKFRIDAY
