Christmasy lunch in London

We're looking for a restaurant in London for Christmas gathering with my in laws. So need somewhere that's a bit "fancy/festive" - but still appropriate to bring my 2yr old. Ideally for either brunch or lunch.

Any suggestions please? "Instagram-worthy" is always a winner with SIL

14 Hills or the Savoy Grill. Both are fancy yet welcome kids.

Just remembered Balthazar too.

Thanks @WhatonEarth1

Bumping for any other suggestions?

I love the Wolseley. Always buzzy and fun and they are great with kids- I used to take mine there when they were little and they would always be given crayons and pictures to colour, except being the Wolseley all the pictures were of things like glamorous women getting out of Bentleys Grin

What about Fortnums? That might be fun

We would just ask for an extra plate if we had a toddler with us, and I would order something likely to have bits that the toddler would want to purloin. (though we weren't going to these places in London, we found that French restaurants/ posh cafes etc were generally very nice to the toddler +1)

Oh another criteria I forgot about...needs to be vegan friendly too!

The Covent Garden Christmas domes look fab

I’d go to petersham nurseries, either the original or Covent Garden
