Thanks @famousthehero for the title. I had no idea you could buy such things and I’m now imagining scores of children getting owl poo as a present for Christmas! They must be popular as they’re now out of stock 🤣.

Our Sainsburys toy sale was rubbish - Alright if you want big plastic toys at '1/2 price'. The only good thing for me was a Lego Minecraft set for £12 instead of £18, which is a good price given they are rarely reduced.

I noticed our Sainsburys have priced a Rubik's cube for £12, £3 over the RRP compared to everywhere else. And it still wasn't reduced today! I think a lot of the bargains are a con, so know your prices!

This is why I didn't bother trying (and decided against it some weeks ago), as I had a feeling it would be shite!

I had saved onto a Sainsbury's gift card for the last two years, but next year I'm saving into an unused savings account so I can buy whatever from wherever, whenever I like! Especially because Double Up has ended as well.

For those that desperately need the 850g chocolate, I saw the same bars in B&M for £6.99 (or 6.49) Not as much of a bargain but if you're in there anyway..

@DentalWorries it can in a cardboard box with a patten on it, quite pretty so I’m going to give it inside the box. I’ve taken a picture for you, I’ve put my sons Christmas cards over my address 😂 I’m going to be peeling that off obvs.

A couple of years ago I discovered a lovely little website called the Woodland gift company. They do jewellery etc, beautifully packaged with handwritten messages, for a very reasonable price indeed.
Anyway if you order something on a Wednesday you get a free gift which until midnight tonight is a photo frame to pop on your Christmas tree. I thought it might make a nice grandparents present with a photo of a little one in or something perhaps?
