Looking for large baubles for an outside tree and I can't find anything suitable anywhere. The only find so far was in a garden centre but they were £8 each!! Has anyone seen any in shops or online? Tried wilko, b&m etc but they're not big enough and came in multi pack mixed mostly with smaller baubles...

The Range did huge fillable ones last year in their craft section, but I haven’t looked to see if they’ve got them again this year.

If not, then could you thread groups of five or six different sized baubles onto a piece of floristry wire, twist at the bottom so they’re secure and then tie onto your tree so they’re in clusters rather than one big bauble? I know you can get 30 baubles of different sizes for under £10 in the Range and Asda, so an awful lot cheaper and you could get some lovely colour combinations. Less likely to get pinched too!

Waitrose had large baubles and wooden snowflakes for sale in the Christmas section of the supermarket last year.

I bought large plastic ones from the £1 shop, red, white gold they looked really nice.

TBH, the ones sold as outside baubles are not that much different (except in price) to the cheap large plastic ones.

The colour did not come off or change with the rain, and in the wind when some fell off none broke or cracked.

Just checked for you I bought a large tubs in B&M superstore for £7 for about 10 last year.

My DM bought me some big ones from John Lewis.

I got some really good ones from DZD a few years ago... They are a trade supplier so decent value for money, but not budget.

Dunelm have got 15cm diameter baubles in red and green for £4 each. They are flocked/velvety though so I'm not sure they are practical for an outside tree.

Wilko have got 20cm baubles in green glitter and gold ribbed designs for £4 each.

Home bargains had a huge tube of silver ones..

I bought those Costco baubles a few years ago and they are brilliant, they are used outside every year and have lasted really well.

I bought a giant jingle bell, but it clunks rather than jingles, for £2.99 in-store in TKMaxx.
