Hi , my teen is after some air pods for Xmas
Are the Apple ones really worth the money ?
The latest ones are £239

I have air pod pros and think they are worth the money. I wouldn’t bother with ones that don’t have the option of noise cancellation.

I just saw some advertised by Belkin I think that said they work with the Apple Find Me app.

Thankyou takethattime, that’s good to know I’ll
Keep an eye out for Black Friday
I also can’t justify buying them if they fall out

@soberfabulous

I absolutely loved mine for the first year and then they started disconnecting from my phone and laptop, an absolute nightmare. Also a massive pain when running as I would have no music.

Took them back to Apple and they said buy the newest model 😬😬😬

I went and bought a cheaper pair of no brand wireless ones and they've worked amazingly.

Could you share the link please?

They are currently just under £200 on John Lewis with a 2 year guarantee. You could insure them?

Aldi had these in last year Black Friday deal so it’s very likely a retailer will discount again this year

I have them and I love them.
They have never fallen out, that doesn't mean I don't drop them constantly!

I would worry about a teen wearing them with noise cancelling, you have to be really careful crossing the road etc because you can't hear cyclists/cars/buses etc, they need to use common sense to take extra care in those circumstances
