Presents on holiday

We will (fingers crossed) be skiing at Christmas. Holiday is Sunday to Sunday, returning Boxing Day. DDs are 8&10

Last time we went, they got a stocking of gifts on the day... pj's, a book, sweets, slippers, top trump, that sort of thing. Stuff that was useful on holiday. But this year, with Christmas being so close to the end of the holiday, I have no idea what to take. All the useful stuff will be needed earlier in the holiday really!

Any ideas?
(They get their main presents at home afterwards. They are used to this!)

Things useful for the journey home such as sticker book, sweets etc. Bath bomb to use that night, necklace, new card game?

Btw, have a similar hopeful trip but mine are older so it will be magazine, face mask, bath bomb, sweets and apple store voucher!

new purse or handbag
if you know you have a bath tub, bath bomb - unless you think it takes to long for both having a bath on the last night
nicer set of pens and sketchbook
small travel game to play in the evening
new hairbrush and acccessorize
books
headphones to listen to music/audiobooks on the way home and some downloads
