Premixed cocktails?

We’re having a Christmas drinks party and I’d like to do a welcome cocktail and I’m thinking maybe one of the pre-made ones would be best. Has anyone tried any that are actually decent?

I’ve seen the M&S espresso martini was top rated by Good Housekeeping so I’ll definitely be getting that but any other recommendations?

The Edinburgh Gin co does a nice rhubarb g&t pre mixed.

I'm placemarking because this is a fab idea!

I got some online from Boxtails during lockdown and they were fab. bit pricier than supermarkets but lots of choice and I think you can find discount codes online.
Have also sent some as gifts and have been well received

The mixology range from Eden Mill are great and the bright coloured bottles really make things look festive and lovely! And their original
Gin in the blue bottle is gorgeous!!!

I would just try it out to see which one you like. But making cocktails is quite simple, so I would explore that too, if you want to impress.

Harvey Nichols Negroni…serve in tumblers over ice with a slice of orange 👍

I second Boxtails! Proper, boozy cockails!

Oohh some great suggestions here. I’m actually a very proficient cocktail maker (hence wanting recommendations of ones that are actually decent and not just sugary rubbish) but I thought it might be less stressful with lots of guests to have ready made ones.

If you are proficient then prepare jugs of your favourites with non diluting (plastic) ice cubes and then strain into the required glass with or without crushed ice.
All the premixed are sugary shit. Some of them are indeed delicious. But sugary shit nonetheless.

I like the Funkin cocktails in a tin. You can get them from Tesco and Waitrose.

I love cocktail bar in a jar. All freshly make proper cocktails. I find the cans can be very artificial and don't taste like real cocktails. Lots to close from and the jar works as your cocktail shaker so just add ice.
Tapp'd also do great bottles too.

Funkini passionfruit martini mix is £4 in Tesco - add vanilla vodka and ice and shake. Tastes amazing! Cut a passionfruit in half and add :)

I like Tapp’d cocktails, don’t rate any supermarket ones. Problem is that the good ones are single serve and you have to shake them in a shaker.

I’d Google cocktail pitcher recipes and make one or two of them in a big jug, it will be easier and considerably cheaper!
