DH & DS give up on chocolate advent calendars by December 5th!!, so I thought I'd try ones I could fill myself. Has anyone seen any they'd recommend?

Advent calendar bags are bigger than little boxes/drawers, so you have much broader scope as to what presents you put in them. Also, if you ever go away for a few nights in December, you can just take the bags that you need.

Got this one last year. Just started filling it up for this Christmas for DS (13). Great size, sturdy and looks pretty too.

What do you put on it?

I got a wooden one for a good price from The Range last year. They're different this year but some nice ones.

We have a fabric one with pockets, I fill it with chocolate coins/mini Santa etc. I made it but I expect you can get them on etsy like these:

We also have a fabric one, something like this

I have this fabric one from Etsy. It wasn't cheap but it's absolutely beautiful in real life.

If they give up on the, perhaps they are not interested ? I'd move back to a trad 'picture only' one that we used to have as kids, and reward myself with one instead.

No point spending lots of time and effort op if they don't respond or care?
