Puddings!

We always have christmas pudding and a Yule log. I usually seem to end up making a trifle of some kind as an alternative. This year I’m thinking maybe a festive cheesecake of some sort?? Needs to be something that can be made in advance and served cold and will need to be enough for at least 10!

What puddings are you having?

Last year I did dark chocolate and hazelnut meringue pie.
I like the look of this but not sure I’ll have room in my freezer.
I made this white chocolate and raspberry waffle pudding at Easter and it was a big hit. It’s not particularly Christmassy, but I think I might have requests for it. Perhaps I’ll do a milk chocolate and cherry version.

I’m going to make a version of bread and butter pudding. I might do a chocolate baileys twist on it for Christmas.

Considering the same with a chocolate chip panettone. Baileys is a great idea.

I've always made a cheesecake but this year changing to a pavlova. The grandchildren would like a chocolate trifle instead of the usual one and are full of ideas but are turning their noses up at anything fruity to cut through the richness. What would I moisten it with if can't have alcohol!

I've made the Mary Berry chocolate mouse cake before. It's yummy!
