Best 43cm doll

I’m looking for a doll for my 5 1/2 year old. Her requirements are the doll has to have a dummy and bottle which fits her her mouth. I don’t want which poos and wees. When I was her age I had a lovely doll which had soft body but more realistic looking head, arms and legs and I was wondering if anyone has seen anything similar.

The above gift set was a big hit with our granddaughter. The baby is soft bodied and lifelike, she loves its smiley face and its quite realistic. Comes dressed nicely, with a blanket, bottle etc. She also likes the Argos tiny treasures baby's. She's 5 1/2 and loves her babies too, but prefers the more lifelike ones now like her big cousins.

I really recommend the Llorens Spanish brand dolls, I spent hours and hours hunting for the right doll for my niece last year and came to the conclusion that these were the best! They have a soft body and look realistic like you say. Some of them have eyes that close, some not, I personally like the crying dolls which come with a dummy and cry realistically and say “Mama!” whebt eh dummy is removed. I’m sure you could get one of these and buy a “disappearing” milk bottle separately that would fit ok.
