I use them loads and loads, and never had a hint of a problem over I would think 6 or so years. I use them far more than Amazon, because you can order one thing at a time (because no p+p) and that means that most of the time it goes through the letterbox. Result.

I've been ill with a nasty D&V bug over the past few days and have still managed to do quite a bit of Xmas shopping thanks to play.com. 4 DVDs popped through the door this morning, all perfect and at ridiculously cheap prices. They've been the fastest on delivery yet.

Would definitely recommend.

am beginning to wish I'd used them instead of amazon this time - ordered a few dvds from amazon for xmas pressies and they've not turned up yet despite being despatched a week ago.

We tend to swap between Play.com and Amazon, depending on which one's cheaper, and I have to say that Play.com is far far more reliable.

CDwow not so good on pre orders but ok on everything else

yes, another vote from me too and free delivery abroad, so for us, miles cheaper than amazon, even more so as you can order each item sep. thus avoiding import duty too.
