Can anyone help me come up with some ideas please?

She's into brands like L'Occitane, Neals Yard. Likes candles. Think she will probably be a fan of Neom and Hotel Chocolat too, those kinds of brands.

Is there anyone about with similar tastes who can suggest anything, probably up to about £30?

I think I probably have similar taste to your SIL. I always ask for the Loccitane lavender bubble bath and their almond hand cream. I also really like Liz Earle who do some nice gift sets for around that price (can get them in Boots)

This comes in just under budget, and other flavours are available.

White company winter mini home set £32 but always 20% off on white Friday (Black Friday).

Neom 1 wick candle £32 prefect nights sleep is lovely.
