If you’re posting anything specifically for Reastie please do @reastie or She may not spot it. It’s helpful if when sharing bargain info you bold it to make it easy for people to differentiate between chat and bargain links.

Thanks for the wine52 info. Just ordered.

What's the deal with the spicery? Thinking it might be nice for DH birthday. Any recommendations?

psuedocream3 · 30/09/2021 14:48

Ravensburger puzzles... lots down to £4.99 including some of the 3D trainers puzzles, I've just ordered the Ravensburger Mario Trainer Puzzle and Trolls World Tour Trainer Puzzle for £4.99 each usually around £15, A 1500 piece Pokemon puzzle also down to £4.99 usually £20 and a giant duggee floor puzzle 36 pieces for my youngest... again £4.99. Nice filler presents as the older ones have a big gift. Lots of ones for smaller children, to teens to adults.

They also have a gold impossible puzzle for £4.99 which I'm tempted to get for my eldest to challenge her as she does like to say shes bored Grin

@Comefromaway equally DD lived in her's over the winter and it was a cheap one from Amazon. Just got it out again this week and it's still lovely and snuggly.

Alicesays · 30/09/2021 14:48

My cinnamon bun kits have arrived from Amazon! I did a tester back in August and they were so amazing, very excited to have another couple of packs. They were intended as gifts but I think we will end up eating them..

SweetPeaPods · 30/09/2021 14:49

I saw someone posted about giant bean bags but can't for the life of me find the post or the answers. Did I dream it?
Big Bertha Lounge Pug.
I'm sure the question was along the lines of do they go down in price closer to Christmas/Black Friday or buy now?

Alicesays · 30/09/2021 14:49

Took a trip to The Works today. All the felting craft sets were in, but 1 robin for £4 and I saw that Hobbycraft have 4 for £5 so going there instead. Picked up a Christmas version of Articulate for £10 which will make a nice present for BIL.

Is this on Amazon or the ravensberger website? Thanks
psuedocream3 · 30/09/2021 15:00

Sorry, ravensburger puzzles are on amazon

This was me! I'm looking at the kids ones. A poster (whose name I have forgotten - sorry!) replied and said they didn't think they went any cheaper than the current offers.

Lego Starwars the Mandalorian Child Baby Yoda down to £49.99 on Amazon

Mrsfussypants1 · 30/09/2021 15:23

@toffeeshock George Asda online have princess shoes, about £13 and the heels light up (they have a slight heel). They come in different princesses, silver, blue, gold and lilac and are really well made,GDgot them 6 months ago and they've held up to some serious wear. They do sell out quite quickly but regularly get new stock. They do only have 1 style in at the moment from sizes 8-2 junior.

TheBigFish · 30/09/2021 15:32

@SweetPeaPods I can highly recommend The Spicery. We have both the taco and curry legend kits and they are such good value. Loads of delicious, easy meals that you can make as healthy as you like.

I have just pre ordered 2 of the mezze legend kits for hard to buy for dad and partner and one for DH.

clpsmum · 30/09/2021 15:33

@TheBigFish I've just ordered the curry one and was dithering about the taco one. Is it worth it?

Dogmatix34 · 30/09/2021 15:36

It’s a good one. I’ve made quite a few recipes from there and they’ve all been delicious

The Spicery have 33% of their legend kits, I highly recommend the how to be a curry legend kit I got it a few years ago for dh & he loved it. Since buying we don’t ever use jars of curry sauce. I’ve put my referral code on the other thread which should get you another 10% off.

@Minionbums I'm glad ou posted about the playshoes, my almost 3 year old is in size 10 (size of a 5 year old!) and I was considering the playset from argos which is reduced to under £8, but from memory, the shoes are very narrow in that set.

Disneystore do playshoes and I'm sure there are some codes lurking about, but... if it's just pretty sparkly shoes you are after, Monsoon have lovely party shoes and often have them cheap in the sales around £6/£7.

clpsmum · 30/09/2021 15:46

@IggyAce where is the referral thread and I will use it if that's ok

Petal7 · 30/09/2021 16:01

Just picked up a pack of 5 Sharpies (black fine liners) and Monopoly Deal for £1.31 each in Tesco Express. They were priced at £2 odd each, which I already thought was good, but they scanned at £1.31! They were where they were clearing the back to school things.

CoffeeAndDryShampoo · 30/09/2021 16:03

@psuedocream3 could you link the Mario puzzle please?

WisestIsShe · 30/09/2021 16:03

Can anyone suggest where to buy a nice game of backgammon please? Thinking DH might like it but would rather it was nice than cheap. I have no objection at all to nice and bargainous!

Petal7 · 30/09/2021 16:04

Also, my DD (age 9) would like a Go Kart/Drift trike for Christmas. I've seen the Huffy Green in the Argos toy sale. But am confused as whether to go for the Junior or not. Does anyone please have any recommendations?

Another DD has asked for Fifa 22 for PlayStation 4. Any thoughts on where to buy for a good price, please? I had no idea it was so expensive! Thank you.

Dolphintrainer · 30/09/2021 16:07

@TheBigFish The taco Spicery kit is definitely worth it, I’m on my 3rd refill set. Big family hit and wide ranging recipes in the book

IggyAce · 30/09/2021 16:18

@clpsmum
link my code is half way down page 17.
