DS will be 14 just before Christmas so I need lots of idea for birthday , sticking and Christmas to buy from us and other family members who ask me to buy on their behalf

He has a new gaming pc and he got quite excited (for him !) about a new series on Nextglix of his favourite Anime (not sure what it's called)

DS is 14 after Christmas and I’m too having trouble for stocking. We’ve got him a gaming laptop and hope to upgrade his phone for his birthday. I was looking at some aftershave he actually likes, but it’s at least £70 a bottle. He has ASD so is very particular about things so I can’t buy any old. Getting him a potato gun as he had one before but it’s now broken.

Mine is a similar age and also into anime! Try and find out what the series he likes is called - there is a US site called redbubble where you can often get posters or bed linens or key rings or clothes or mugs etc with quotes and images from their favourite shows which often goes down well - but beware of shipping costs! Also Etsy often does handmade items based around these obscure Japanese anime series! My son really loved a book I found about how to draw anime himself and he bought himself an electronic drawing pad to link up to his computer with his Christmas money last year. He also loves all kinds of gadgets and gaming type nonsense from Menkind and board/card games (especially from the people who make Exploding Kittens etc). He also always appreciates clothes etc bought from his favourite gaming YouTuber who has a store for “merch” - again US shipping and taxes to be paid but actually quite good quality and reasonably priced stuff considering!

if he's into anime, a crunchyroll.com subscription might go down well. It's an anime video watching/streaming site, and from what I understand it can be used to read comics too.

If it’s not too old fashioned, there are some cool pens around, you can still get the Cross Ferrari, Marvel and Star Wars ones.
