Does anyone have any comments? A lot to invest in an artificial tree and wondering about peoples' experiences?

We have two trees, a wreath and some little outside trees in pots to put by the front door. All excellent quality. We've had the first tree maybe 6 years now. We have no problem fitting them in the bags, and they require less fluffing each year.

Thanks everyone, I have just ordered one (went pre-lit as lots of great advice from you all about this) as their sale finishes today and also got £20 off that price when I signed up. Cannot wait for it to arrive. Bring on the festivities!!!

@PawPrintsInMyPansies they come in sections that slot together depending on the size you buy , no individual branches.

Hi,
Please could you let me know where you got your transformer from please ? Mine has just blown for my balsam hill tree and they’re out of stock until September 2022.
I would like my lights to work before Christmas !
Thanks
M

I’m going to be the lone voice saying not worth it - at least not for the outdoor pre lit ones. The lights are poor and unreliable.

The trees look no more realistic than other higher end artificial trees imo

we have one, it's definitely worth it! looks great every year very realistic always get loads of compliments

Don’t buy one until you have had a look at the very long thread on Facebook called Balsam Hill Complaints.

Customer service seems very poor, lots of problems with lights.

Look instead at Christmas Tree World. We have a beauty from there and both DSs were so impressed they each bought one. Same quality and realism as BH but much cheaper. Lovely friendly people to talk to and they don’t have a FB page saying how awful they are.

@39andThreequarters

I always fancied one, especially after seeing the threads and reviews on here... however last year I bought a '6ft Ultra Mountain Pine' from Christmastreeworld, it was just over £100 in the sale I think and it's gorgeous! It's hinged, so minimal fluffing required and I bought the storage bag to keep it in as experience has taught me they do not like going back in the original box!
I got the 8ft one. Most gorgeous tree I ever had. Such a nice, natural shape. The BH ones are all too triangular for me.
