@AnotherOne4, thank you for introducing us to something that sounded so wrong in the thread title. Also loved the review you shared:
‘ Not only is it decorative, but also quite heavy. If you had intruders you could take them down with this also. Multipurpose’

If you’re posting anything specifically for me please do @ me or I may not spot it. It’s helpful if when sharing bargain info you bold it to make it easy for people to differentiate between chat and bargain links.

Brilliant. My son is only 11 so only starting to put a preference in but this is what all his mates seem to have.

Just ordered the wooden baby station for dd for £44, the nearest equivalent I've seen is Argos for £70 so it's a great bargain!

@aimslou

Does anybody have any ideas for an 11 year old girl?? I can't think of a single thing that she would like! 😩
I was just writing down what I bought dd11 yesterday from Barry M.

Now it's all listed I'm thinking she's bloody 11 she will probably only use the Tinted Balm and Lip Scrub.

Still not bad for the price but I'm not sure it will be used. If it does it will only be for her to wear around the house 😂😂😂

For £22.08 I got...

Brow Kit £5.99
Tinted Lip Balm £4.00
Nail Varnish £2.99
Eye Liner £2.99

Goody Bag £10.00 includes....
Crackle Effect Nail Paint
Gloss Lip Paint
Crushed Eyeshadow
Face Jewels
Glitter Bomb
Illuminating Strobe Cream
Lip Paint
Metal Nail Paint
Pick 'n' Glitz

You get a sign up welcome 15% discount code which took off £3.89

There is also a 25% off code when you spend £25 - I didn't / couldn't use this.

Lip Scrub was free because I spent over £25.

Free delivery whey an order over £25.

@Motherofplants

Sainsburys do mini scotty dog shortbreads. One of DDs faves. Also in choc chip as well as plain.

Maranello · 26/09/2021 10:54

@TreaslakeandBack Just Geek has Stranger Things merch and has a sale currently SAVE20 for 20% off orders under £50 and SAVE25 on orders over £50.

I also have a referral code that would give you £5 off and I believe the codes do stack. I'll pop it on the referral thread Smile

FireworkParrot · 26/09/2021 11:01

Matalan code here if it's of use to anyone, think it's probably a one time thing but I won't use it so hopefully helpful for somebody.

Does anyone have any bargainous suggestions for photo/ personalised text luggage tags? It was DPs favourite gift last year but we've moved house so need to do address all over again.

My niece loves the Orchard Toys Bus Stop and Shopping List games. Can anyone recommend any similar games? Either from Orchard or a different brand. They keep her entertained for ages. She’s 4.

Has she got the additions for the Shopping List game? My 4 year old loves the Rainbow Unicorns game and also got the Fairy Snakes and Ladders + Ludo game for her birthday in July and it’s a hit. Dominos also go down well here and so do any sort of pairs/snap games. She’s getting Counting Mountain for Christmas to help with numbers.

They do some lovely Christmas cushion covers, at about £2.00 each. We already have a set, but I'm very tempted to get new ones Grin Elf Print Most Wonderful Time Of The Year

My ds got the orchard rocket game at around 4 & at nearly 11 will still play it with younger cousin.
Scout2016 · 26/09/2021 11:34

@PinkJam Flea Circus and the Three Little Pigs games are hits here, if they are still going. Ours were second hand off ebay. I got Party Party too but it was so sexist I charity shopped it.
The Tescos sale has orchard toys games half price but I can't make out what they are (there's a splodge on the leaflet I have looked at online) and boots tend to do them in the 3 for 2, including the shopping list additions previously and a compendium that was good value.

Has anyone seen any decent deals on acrylic paint for arty DD 15. Ideally a boxed set - looking for something a bit special.

@Strawberryfield12 thanks so much dryer pod been sitting in my basket for ages.....and it's a treat for us all as the house will look a little less like a launderette all winter Grin

PinkJam · 26/09/2021 12:09

@ClaraLane No, she just has the original one. Didn’t even know there were others! Will have a look now Smile And she’s very girly so the Rainbow unicorn game and Fairy snakes and ladders sound fab too! Thank you.

@IggyAce Thank you Smile I hadn’t seen that one when browsing so will have another look now.

@Scout2016 Thank you. Will look at those games and thanks also for the Tesco and Boots sale tip! Smile

The pod changed my life! I love it.

Famousthehero · 26/09/2021 12:25

Thinking of getting this Henry cleaning set for my 2yo for £11.99 - original price looks inflated, but it's around the lowest it's been for a year.
Think he'll like it but weighing up how much plastic guff I can cope with in the house Hmm

Yeknom · 26/09/2021 12:44

@Famousthehero someone bought that Henry set for my little person and if I'm honest it got binned really quickly. It's big, bulky and very plasticky!

Voiceofreason92 · 26/09/2021 12:48

@famousthehero last year, lidl or aldi did a henry set for £9.95 and it has (in my opinion) better stuff in it. It had a henry mop and bucket and a dust buster that actually hoover up crumbs (need batteries though)
