We're looking for a baby doll that can cry, be fed, eyes move, as realistic as possible that ideally has an off button, and has accessories that come with or can be bought seperately such as a pram/baby bath for example

MY DD has a baby Annabel that eats, cries and eyes open/shut. She has Baby born interactive, luvabella and baby alive real as can be (along with just about every other doll you can imagine lol!) But that baby Annabel is her favourite and the most classic baby doll like. We all find luvabella a bit frightening!

I think Baby Annabel can do all those things. But between mine we had 2 Baby Annabelle's, various Baby Alive, Luvabellas, Rubens Barn, Tiny Treasures and Baby Borns. Baby Borns were loved the most by a million miles and they do the least function wise. From friends and family I've found Baby Annabell or Baby Born do tend to be the most played with, but Baby Born takes the lead. I think it's because it is so open ended and impossible to break. Both our Annabelles broke and they didn't like to have them actually turned on. When I used to ask why they preferred Baby Born they said it was because she was cuter, and felt more like a baby because she wasn't soft like a teddy (even though I would have said the opposite about a hard bodied doll).

Elli Smiles doll. It's made by Zapf (same as do baby Annabell/Baby born)

My dd says the exact same, baby born ‘looks like a real baby.’ I think it’s because even though the body is plastic it looks more realistic, whereas baby Annabel is sort of floppy looking.

I would second the baby born interactive. And you can get tonnes of stuff to go with baby born (baby baths, swings, walker, bouncer, outfits etc etc).
