Yoto player

Hello. I’m thinking about getting my 5 year old and 2 year old a yoto player for Christmas. Does anyone know if it’s worth waiting until Black Friday and what prices they were last year? Thank you!

I'm not sure, but I think they were on offer last Black Friday. We bought ours from their website in the summer, they had offers on at the same time as Amazon prime day. I was able to use a referral code at the same time too, so do ask on MN for a referral they can be used multiple times. I'd recommend registering on their website because you can earn points (money off your basket) by doing things like following them on social media, registering birthday etc, we had £11 of points which bought a couple of cards. We have the adventure jacket, though pricey has been fab for transporting it around the house and saving from bumps, gd(5) uses it much more than we thought she would, this morning she used the fire card and played camping with it.

Oh and it's definitely worth keeping an eye on their social media for offers too.

They didn't do a Black Friday deal last year. I have a referral code for 10% off though if you want to use it. I'd also recommend joining the subscription club now to build up some cards and so you have the discount for any other card purchases before Christmas.

I know that whsmith did an offer before Christmas last year but you do miss out on the yoto points mentioned above if you don't buy directly from yoto. Generally amazon seemed to keep the prices the same when I looked before.

Hope this helps! My 5 year old and 2 year old love the yoto. I would really recommend buying one and having the app means that they can both listen to stories at the same time- my eldest often listens as I broadcast on another device while my youngest uses the player. Saves having two!
