No idea what my DC want. They have all the tech so completely out of ideas.

Art supplies! She loves drawing

Ds wants
A football shirt
Some books
Some mountain biking trousers and jacket.
The Logo board game.

To be honest that will be it as the clothes will be expensive.

DS has finally decided to give up her midsleeper, so for her present we are using it as an opportunity to have a change and 'teen-ing up' her bedroom. We've already got the replacement bed, a second hand, metal four poster. So she's very happy now choosing bed curtains, led lighting schemes, soft furnishings ... so I guess we will get a very specific list

A four poster sounds a big deal but it was that or she wanted to kick out the hoover and pimp our hall cupboard as she was losing her under bed retreat and needs somewhere to feel surrounded, which she will use the curtains for (suspect ASD)

A 12 year old me would of loved either a selection of books or a Bookshop voucher but it does completely depend on the child.

I think of would of loved a really large lush set too if I'd been aware of lush at 12

Skate boards here I think.

My 12yo has his 13th birthday a few weeks before Christmas so I have both to think about. He’s already asked for his football team’s new shirt, FIFA 22 and a Chilly bottle. I know he’d love a gaming chair but not sure about that yet. Other things I’m thinking about are a V8 model engine, echo dot, a pedal for his guitar, cricket bat and bag. Probably some grooming stuff too.

Mine wants the new OLED switch- not sure there's enough of a difference between it and his current switch... anyway at £310 it'll be a shared gift from a few of us.

He also wants a longboard.

Difficult age.

A new bike as he has outgrown the one he has. Probably something space/science related as he’s currently obsessed!

DD (11) might get another charm for her pandora and she loves tweeny girls perfume sets like Ariana Grande. She loves all things crafty but would love either a stand up paddle board (can’t afford) or a kid friendly go pro camera.

Digital piano (Big stretch for us but DC can no longer practise at school).

Japenese cushion (a cushion filled with little plush animals or cheese puffs, you can remove and stuff back in)- from amazon.

Funko pop advent calendar, Harry Potter but they do others(she's getting as a present rather than to use for advent due to price).

Bubble tea kit.

LED room lights.

A wrapped box of her favorite snacks/junk food/fizz.

Intrigued me too, so I went looking! I think if you search for 'pudding pillow' you'll see the kind of thing. My DDs might like them too, so thanks.

This is the type I ordered. If you go on amazon and type japenese novelty pillows, loads of different ones will come up. Need ordering now for Xmas though, I'm Presuming they will take longer than usual to arrive.

My DS is 13 and into tech. He has a couple of sites by tech Youtubers which he uses regularly and they have shops selling merchandise such as t-shirts, water bottles, desk mats and suchlike. They are branded and good quality, only hassle is that they ship from the USA which can be slow and expensive. I find this really good for smaller presents/stocking fillers, so if your DC follows anyone in particular e.g. Linus Tech Tips, Dan TDM, Mr Beast it might be worth checking out.

Dd is nearly 12. Between birthday and Christmas some of the things she’s getting/we’re considering are:

Hair straightener
Canon zoemini portable printer
She’s a big reader so always tonnes of books
Good quality colouring pencils, chameleon pens, adult colouring books
