Brands for teenage boy

Hi I’m thinking of getting my 12 year old son a hoodie for Xmas as well as a few other bits and normally I would do gap anyway was wondering what other brands people would recommend.

I would find a skater shop with a sale on (Two Seasons usually good for this) and have a browse. A few of the bigger brands do age 12/14/16 sizes which are quite a bit cheaper as no VAT. I've had some great bargains this way.

@stridesy if he likes texture, go for Hollister. The softest tee shirts and hoodies. Supreme (bit £££) also do really thick, soft hoodies. But if you want to help him socially not to stand out, go for Adidas and North Face. At least they are both very good brands.
