Nintendo switch lite - likely to be any upcoming offers?

Thinking of getting a switch lite for DD for her birthday (just before Christmas).

Is there likely to be any upcoming deals this year? In normal times I’d hang on for Black Friday but not sure how much we’d actually save on it and given all the media reports about possible shortages this year I’m wondering if we should bite the bullet & get it sooner. Wwyd?

I've never known there to be any reductions as such tbh, it's more about shopping around for the best bundle deal (console and a game) depending what game you're after for it.

Most likely on Black Friday you will get a bundle offer if you have the nerves to hold off till then lol

May be something but its not going to be much due to warning over importing stocks/transporting stock and therefore limited stock availability on many products.

Since a switch is a premium gift, its likely to be in particular demand.

Switch deals on the whole dont tend to be amazing anyway.

I would be cautious about holding out for a deal too long for that reason. By all means look out for a deal but if you really want one dont be that person desparately searching for one, as prices hike for the few places who still have them...

Curry’s had some deals the other week, I picked up a switch lite with animal crossing for £190 - might be worth a look if you think she’d like the game, it’s normally £40
