I would like some of the Lego flowers, or a travel jewellery case (for when we eventually go somewhere). Some chocolate orange M&S truffles would be nice too.
What do you want?

Nothing, have only been buying things I need not want and there's nothing I need for now.

HungryHippo11 · 01/09/2021 18:06

A couple of cook books, maybe a paint by numbers or cross stitch as I have enjoyed having things to do in the evening. I have seen the most adorable dolls which I would really like now my littlest is firmly in the toddler stage and no longer a baby, but I don't feel I can ask for a child's toy for Christmas.

What do you want for Christmas?

1 week when both H and DS go away and take the cat as well.

I would leave the dirty dishes overnight and only put them in the dishwasher every second day!
I would practice on my bass guitar in my son's room on the proper bass amp he uses for his drumset. And do this for hours each day, because I enjoy it and he doesn't kick me out after 20 mins.*
Knit without the cat trying to kill the yarn every 2 seconds.
And watch episodes without someone talking to me, having to do something.....
Obv. be on holiday from my job, so I could sleep/be awake as per my own biorhythm: sleep around 3-4 am, get up whenever.....

*I am looking forward to this when he goes back to school next week... but husband will still be here and wfh.

Apart from this I feel I have everything atm.

Redhotchilis · 01/09/2021 21:02

A stand up paddle board! (Or to be precise, money to put towards a second hand one.)
We're getting DCs SUPS this year, so much fun.

Hope you get your wish Star

A night in a hotel on my own with lots of books & wine. Doesn’t have to be posh but I’d appreciate a lovely bath tub & room service.
This thread has made me realise that there’s actually nothing I need/want. I’ll probably ask for some books.

Dobbyhasnomaster · 01/09/2021 21:25

A miniature greenhouse for my garden
Yankee black cherry candle
Lush bath bombs
A couple of new gel OPI polishes
