Santa visit in Edinburgh

Hello,

We are visiting Edinburgh at the beginning of December and I realised today I am busy every other weekend in December and I havent booked a santa visit yet! So I am thinking we can see one there but I have no idea where to start.

Can any Scottish mnetters tell me the best places to see Santa this year? Hoping I havent left it too late already!

The Santa experience at the Edinburgh Christmas Market is lovely. It’s in an area called Santa Land where there are lots of rides, a little train and a Christmas tree maze among other things. If I remember rightly, each session was approx 30mins and a group of children enter Santa’s grotto together where Santa reads them a story and they can make a decoration. Each child gets the opportunity to talk to Santa 1:1 during that time. It’s so nice in a rustic log cabin, all beautifully decorated. My sons really enjoyed the experience.
