Oculus quest - buy now or wait?

I'm worried things will start selling out - but also worried that it will be faulty or something and I won't be able to return it if I order it now with it being so far til Xmas.

What's everyone else doing with regards to electrical gifts?

I got an Oculus Quest 2 for my DS last year in the first week of October as I was concerned about pandemic-related dispruption. It worked perfectly, I think the quality is pretty solid. This year the global shortage of microchips will probably have an impact, so I wouldn't delay if you are sure that's the present your DC wants.

We got one and again no issue. I'd get it sooner rather than later.

Good luck getting one at the moment. I wanted one and have had to buy second hand. Argos, Curry's, all the main retailers are completely sold out
