Does anyone struggle with close in age children?

So I've begun organising and planning Christmas gifts for this year Halo

I have 3 children who will be just turned 6, just turn 4 and nearly 2 this Christmas. Really struggling with what to get the little one as due to having the older two, there's not really anything missing in terms of toys. As you can imagine we have accumulated pretty much all the types of things you buy children that age and I don't want to be ridiculous and wasteful and overspend just for the sake of them having a similar pile of presents.

Any out of the box ideas? I have a few lovely things picked out for his stocking but apart from that I literally can't think of anything.

We have a similar struggle as my ds are only 18 months apart. We pretty much accept that while one child might receive the gift, they basically share everything

I think the schleich animals are a really good idea.

Personalised name/number tracing plates or keepsake things like dippy egg boards could also work

I think the most annoying thing is when my DS 1+2 ask for the same toy so I have to buy things twice, we have nearly double everything in this house. Two waste of money pirate ships with two bloody sharks it really annoys me but can’t do anything about it.

Mine wised up to this early on and worked out they got double the different toys to play with if they organised it among themselves. They now make sure they both buy different ones of the ghastly Rainbow High dolls they're into so they can acquire the full lot!

I had this for a long time. Then they would fight over the one toy ignoring the exact same bloody toy. I ended up putting name stickers on everything.

My dd are 7 and 9 and still into the same things. Also the 9yo has ASD and the 7yo is NT so their emotional maturity is very similar,as is their reading ability. It is very hard to differentiate!

When they were tiny, things that needed replacing like craft stuff and bath toys were a good bet.
