Random I know - inexpensive hard soled slippers?

I was thinking for Christmas that I would get my MIL some slippers (her all time fave thing in the world!) and stuff them with little pressies such as wax melts, nice pens, wrendale diary etc) so the little gifts are sticking out. I have started to buy Christmas pressies to spread the cost.
I am currently housebound due to an injury and unable to get out to the shops so I was wondering if anyone knew of some slippers I could get online that have hard soles?

Thanks all! Smile

Have you had a look at Pavers?

I always get mine from george @ asda, very cheap and comfortable

Totes do some (they make the Toastie socks). I have some and they are really comfy and warm.

I have lovely sheepskin ones from aldi. Trouble is it needs to be “ slipper week 😂”

Blissbiz · 30/07/2021 12:01

M&S Secret Support slippers are pretty good and reasonably priced although the felt ones tend to bobble.

ShaunaTheSheep · 30/07/2021 12:36

Moshulu

Zara home do THE best slipper. Mine were bought for me as a gift about 3 year ago and I bought my DDs a pair each the year later because they kept pinching mine.

mogtheexcellent · 30/07/2021 12:48

Lunar slippers. I always buy them as need hard soles due to cold tile floor and no heating. Current pair is 3 years and still going strong.

Another vote for moshulu

Homeys.

I was bought a pair of moshulu slippers and I wouldn’t buy them again. Not sure if I’m just a bit of a Wally but the sole was so thick, I kept turning my ankle and they just felt a bit clumpy and hard to go up and down stairs. Might just be me though…….

I had some black hard sole ones from sketchers last year and they were brilliant. Costs roughly £30 so not super cheap but very hardy

Kirst26 · 06/08/2021 07:04

Thanks for the replies everyone, I have more choice that I thought!

I have a pair of Just Sheepskin slippers I got from TK Maxx, they are super comfy and warm.

Elmo230885 · 06/08/2021 07:20

Matalan do them. I think I only paid £4 for them.

happystory · 06/08/2021 07:25

Foothugs; I get mine via Amazon, about £20. Last ages.

FlyingFlamingo · 06/08/2021 07:25

Second vote for Lunars! They last for ages

yoshiblue · 06/08/2021 15:15

Ariela · 06/08/2021 15:18

I've just bought these from M&S and can see they will last well.
