Don't know if you will get it in UK, but Haribo do a sweet one.

GooseyLoosey · 19/11/2007 13:25

Lego do one: www.amazon.co.uk/LEGO-City-7907-Advent-Calendar/dp/B000NCG4Z0 (quite pricey)

goingfor3 · 19/11/2007 13:28

I think M&S have one with the percy pig sweets in instead of chocolates.

MerlinsBeard · 19/11/2007 13:30

why not get the other DCs cloth ones as well?

Elphaba · 19/11/2007 13:31

I got a big wooden one with drawers that you can fill yourself. My 3 are sharing that one. I hate those cadbury's chocolate ones.

CranberryMartini · 19/11/2007 13:32

Hi, I posted a similar qu on the allergies board, but ended up getting a gorgeous but v expensive chocolate one from M & S with cute little drawers. The idea was to remove all the chocs and replace with dairy-free somethings, but it's so gorgeous I'm going to keep it all to myself!

sasquatch · 19/11/2007 13:44

oxfam do them

mrsmaddyd · 19/11/2007 13:58

Wow thanks every one. The percy pig m&s one is a chocolate one as nearly got fooled by that. I know i could by the others cloth ones but they are a pain to fill when you have 4 kids (translated means im lazy)

Will search for a haribo, check oxfam and have a look at the logo one. Thanks so much once again. I knew you'd be able to help

haribo one

Haven't found it anywhere else, but will try later again.

WalnutWhipped · 19/11/2007 15:17

I'll buy a chocolate one, eat them all and send it on if that helps?

The ones with drawers can be filled with sweets - easy even if you are feeling lazy

mrsmaddyd · 19/11/2007 17:14

Have e mailed Haribo and they dont do one for the UK as yet.
Cant find one on Oxfam site and the lego one looks fab but a bit expensive

mrsmaddyd · 19/11/2007 17:20

A couple of years ago, Woolworths did one filled with jelly sweets - might be worth checking out?

lovey · 19/11/2007 18:24

Paperchase do beautiful paper ones..or the internet? I don't let my children have the chocolate ones and go to the Christmas Market in Germany for Christmassy visits, so pick mine up there - I haven't found any better

kindersurprise · 20/11/2007 09:56

mrsmaddyd
If you cannot find anything else, let me know and I will post you a Haribo one. They normally cost about 7euros, that is 5 pounds. I think it would cost around 4 or 5 euros to send.

EmilyDavidson · 20/11/2007 10:02

Have you looked in a garden centre ? Last year they had loads of the traditional no-choc types , I havent looked yet this year. Also John Lewis had them last year

EmilyDavidson · 20/11/2007 10:05
