Anyone else missing an Oodie?

Cannot believe this company! Ordered in November ,despatch date of 20 December - no sign, no communication, cannot get hold of them at all ! Really appalled and now Im wondering if this is actually a real company!

Yes, me. But I’ve had lots of emails from them apologising and giving me updates (held up until mid January). They’ve also given me a 15% refund as an apology. Their customer service seems good, email them?

Oh no, we received ours. I do agree that their communication isn’t the best no dispatch Emil etc.

Can you message them directly on a fb ad, they appear to respond there?

I’ve emailed them a week ago. Ok well maybe mine will come mid Jan. I’ll be asking for a part refund but I can’t reach them - have emailed and messaged on Facebook.

My Oodie also had a dispatch date in December. I've emailed querying where it is but no reply yet.

It's been over 10 weeks since I ordered and whilst I expected a few weeks wait until the despatch date they haven't been in touch at all to say why the item has not been despatched now we're past that date.

Really disappointed.

I’ve emailed a proper complaint now as well. Really crap.

My order was delayed by a few days but they emailed with updates. I think the dispatch date is not the same as a delivery date to your address.

I have to say though the Oodie itself is lovely and soft and warm like wearing a cloud so it's worth the inconvenient wait due mainly I guess to covid, now Brexit etc

Mine was due to be dispatched on 23rd December, and it actually arrived that day after dispatch on 22nd. I have seen other people say similar to you though so I don’t think you’re alone!

They are a real company - my sister and her partner have them although they were ordered weeks before Christmas and took ages to arrive. My parents ordered one for me a couple of weeks after my sisters was ordered and it still hasn't arrived though. I can't wait, my sister's is so snuggly I considered kidnapping it.

I think it’s going to still be a good present as long as it arrives in Jan!! It’s for DD and obviously with home schooling it will be appreciated !!

Yep, dispatch date 30 December and not had a dispatch notification. I emailed a couple of days ago but no reply yet.

Has anyone received a email back from Oodie?

Still waiting, should've been despatched in December. I emailed them but no response yet 🥲. 3 weeks and waiting.

Just wondering if everyone else is in same boat?
