Going to get DS a switch for his upcoming birthday. What was the best deal this year that I ought to hold out for?

I would personally pre order the new Mario switch the red one Amazon have it on ore order for a good price but maybe look around.

You will pay around £320-380 for a switch with game or 2 games depending on games offered with it.

We brought the switch on it's own for £279 then brought games as wanted ring fit and Mario kart

We bought the Switch on its own for £250 (after cash back) then bought games to go with it (Minecraft and Lego Super Villains).

The kids aren't as into it as we thought they'd be and haven't even asked to go on it for almost a week!

How old is he? We got one as a “family” present for Christmas, getting the games right is crucial. Big hits here have been Mario Kart (we all play together) and Animal Crossing. Pokemon Sword is sometimes played but it’s a bit more involved.

Animal crossing and mario kart are good.

Didn’t know where to put this thinking of a switch next Christmas with Star Wars game can the multi play one be played single play? I’m not into multi play not enough sight but would love this.especially the Jedi games.
