I'm not very good at winging it for cooking so am relying on some professional help Xmas Smile. I'm doing a ham using the Hairy Bikers recipe, Matt Tebbut's (Saturday Kitchen) Marmitako (tuna steak, pepper and tomato stew) for Christmas Eve, Delia's cherry glazed duck and Richard Bainbridge's mini marshmallow cheesecakes (tested last weekend - delicious) for Christmas lunch and Jamie's fish pie (very popular in our house) on Boxing Day.

Bbc good food turkey curry.

Jamies fish pie is one of my favourites too.

Gordon Ramsay’s lemon and garlic turkey 😋

I'm doing Jamie's turkey but cooking it overnight on low. Came out beautifully last year, not a bit dry.

My Nigella Christmas book comes out every year. From that there will be ham, turkey, slaw, cranberry and mustard sauce, mac n cheese, soy and sweet chilli chipolatas and red currant sauce.

From Simply Nigella there will be smoked salted chocolate tart.

Gordon Ramsey beef Wellington. It’s my favourite beef Wellington recipe and pretty easy.

That beef wellington looks lush. Might do that on nye.

Tom Kerridges Christmas carrots to go with our Christmas dinner.
My elderly mother thinks they are disgusting but DH and I love them.

Gordon Ramsay 's lobster with bloody Mary pasta, but we've substituted mixed sea food for the lobster.
