What's it like? Never done one before. Sending the husband as I'm working but picked the first slot in the morning at 0800hrs.

Usually it's dead easy, you check in, grab a trolley or basket, queue, they grab your stuff, queue again for dedicated till, pay, leave.

It can be done in a few minutes if lucky. It can be annoying that the order is picked when there rather than ready but probably faster.

Oh ok I assumed it would have been already packed and it was boxed up like normal food collections for parties and things.

At ours, it’s upstairs so not in the food hall but in a cleared out section of men’s wear. They serve around 8 people at a time. So you stand in a queue. You are called forward with your order. One staff member puts it through the till while you pay any balance and another staff member gets your order. So 2 staff to a till. 8 tills in total.

Usually easy. May have to queue a bit. Given its 2020. Fuck knows.
