My parents have been divorced many years.
Since I was around 5 now I'm 28 and have 1 DS.

me and mum don't have a great relationship, we stopped talking for a while but all that's in the past now.
Last year we spent Christmas with her this year due to restrictions we're having Christmas at home (much easier and less stress for me I thought) with my dad coming Christmas Day for a little while and my mum coming Boxing Day however now the rules have changed I have to fit them both in on Christmas Day.

I really have no idea how I'm going to do this!!

One for xmas dinner and one for supper in the evening.

Or ask them if they’re willing to be civil and do Christmas lunch together.

Or don’t have your mum over at all, since you don’t get on and she wasn’t due to come anyway

So don't. I have always told dd that we have made her alternate for years, so when she is an adult, we have to suck it up and will have to accept her decisions when she is an adult. You please you, your parents will (or should!) get over it.

Keep your current plan to have Christmas as home with your dad. Explain to your mum what is happening and invite her to do what she feels comfortable with, come for the day as long as she can put up with your dad’s company, call over for a cup of tea/glass of wine in the afternoon, or come over once your dad has left. She might choose not to come at all this year as things difficult for everyone.
