Ordered stuff last week, said it was delivered but wit wasn't, contacted amazon who said it's been lost in transit and refunded the money to my amazon account. I have reordered but I'm panicking it won't come Sad this is stuff for DH. Has anyone else had problems or do you think it'll be right the second time? TIA.

The parcel that was due to be delivered tomorrow was delivered after 10pm last night. The one that was due Saturday is delayed, and has been dispatched from Germany?!

Yes, For the first time last week. Ordered some items on prime. Message to say it would be delivered in the morning of Wed. Fine, DH would be in.

They ring me Wed morning but I missed the call due to being at work. Called them back and got some dimwit who couldn't tell me why they had rung, was off hand and wholly unhelpful.

I get an email saying delivered but DH says no parcel has arrived.

I call customer service. They don't know why it says delivered when it hasn't arrived. No apology at all. They say they can just cancel and refund and I can reorder- err, No, the parcel must surely be somewhere if it is out for delivery. They don't know so put me through to Amazon logistics. In fairness, logistics gentleman is helpful and apologetic, says GPS shows they delivered in the area and to check neighbours (or lane is rural and houses spread out so it's not just next door).

Eventually, DH locates my parcels at a house down the lane so got there in the end but very frustrating.
