Help! Seriously droopy tree

I definitely got caught up in the trend of putting up decorations early this year, which meant we got our tree about a week earlier than we usually would, but it now looks awful!! I've given it plenty of water from day 1 but it's now very droopy and dry. Is there anything I can do to salvage it at this stage? .... Do I buy another tree? (DH will NOT be keen on this idea)

A bit of sugar in with it's next watering might perk it up a little.

It is actually drinking up the water you've been giving it? If not hope may be gone.

If it’s drinking, give it lemonade. And spray with hairspray to slow water loss from the needles.

It sounds like it's fucked. Get rid of it before all the needles drop off.
