Lunches for between Christmas day and New Year's Day

I'm attempting to meal plan. I have come up with meals for each day between Boxing Day and New Year but as the family (me, DH and 2 teens) will be home together I'm also trying to plan some nice brunches/ lunches rather than the normal cheese and ham toasties that we usually have at weekends.
What are your favourite "treat" lunches?

We have lots of roast type dinners but we don't eat desserts or boxes of chocolates all week really. So one main meal and toast in the evening
Curry with leftovers
Pork fillet
So salmon and New potatoes and peas
Duck breast and gratin
We go out for a meal sometime in between too

Pancakes
Waffles
Eggs on toast
Bacon sandwiches
Sausage baps
Quiche and salad

Exactly @UncleBunclesHouse I have no idea why it is my role to decide what is for lunch every single day of the holidays! I thought a menu plan would mean the whole family are pro-active Grin
And also means that we don't have to face the shops between Christmas and New Year!

Have you meal planned for the evening? I'm intrigued as to what you're eating in the evenings. We had planned to stick with our usual soup lunches but feels a bit boring reading this. I suspect we will have a fair bit of party food leftover as I think I've over done it on the sausage rolls, cakes, biscuits etc so may graze on that.
