Has anybody not put their tree up yet?

So many put them up in November but has anybody not done it yet?

We haven't, and probably won't until next weekend, which is when we normally put it up. It will stay up until Epiphany and I don't want to be bored with it on Christmas Eve.

I have put up a wreath and some garlands today, and will add to it over the coming days and weeks rather than attempting it all in one go.

Anybody else??

No tree here yet
DH will get everything down from the attic on Friday . we got the Christmas oilcloth for the table , Christmas cushions and Christmas towels out on Dec 1st
New lighted garland on the bannister , lighted wreath on the door.
So not totally bereft Xmas Grin

DS birthday in Dec so we wait till after that .

And we have to see how the cats are behaving , last year the tree (fake pre-lit no twinkling) was up 4 days before we gave up prising Female Cat away from the bulbs and wires and out of the branches . MaleCat didn't look twice at it .

Me. But it is bought and in a pot in the garden, having a drink.

It'll come and get decorated in a couple of days or so...

No, and won't. Bah Humbug. Each to their own. No children here so it will be just twinkly fairy lights and a few battery fuelled candles for safety reasons lol.

We'll buy ours next weekend then put it up when the kids break up from school. Dd will get to decide if it goes up before or after her birthday (23rd). It'll stay up until epiphany.

We usually put our tree up on Christmas Eve. It stays up until Epiphany or more likely Candlemas.

This year we might put it up a little earlier because Covid but it's not up yet.

We put ours up after school finishes. This year we may be travelling on the 22nd so we may put up our small folding perspex tree at home and then take it with us.
