Hi I ordered on 24 November. The status still says processing. Anyone had any recent experiences?

Hi OP, I ordered from The Range on the 20th and it was delivered on Wednesday (2nd). It said processing and then one day changed to dispatched and DHL came that evening with it. I did try ringing when it was delayed but was on hold 45 mins then it said call couldn't be connected

Thank you. To be honest looking back it's £70 I'd stuff I don't need. I was looking for a cancel option.

I've ordered baby elves for dd8 and felt and needles for dd10 and they have asked me everyday where they are.

Yes we had similar - I was panicking as I need the craft stuff for a market. It came, just a bit later than expected!

I made an order on the 28th and still shows as processing. Hoping it shows up as I seem to be having problem after problem with online shopping this week
