Tree insects

I would love to get a real tree this year, but i'm worried about insects. Are trees pre treated? my living room wont be crawling with little spiders etc will it?

I have never had that problem before when I used to have a real tree, and it is exactly the kind of thing I would have worried about.

We have a real tree every year and I’ve never experienced insects.

I always have a real tree, and have never seen an insect, and I've never heard of anyone else having infested trees either
