What can I get for the girl who has everything on a very small budget £20.00 max

My sister is very hard to buy for she is 20 and is very into handbags ,shoes and make up .
I would love to buy her a posh handbag or something but I am poor this year and have 5dc to buy for too so I can spend no more than 20.00 any ideas anyone?

I had a similar prob with my SIL's birthday recently - she has everything she could ever need and far more spending money that I could dream of. I got her Benefit makeup - it's very expensive and apparently 'the thing' to have - you could get a set of lip glosses or an eyeshadow kit or something similar for £20. I did worry that it didn't look like much of a present, but SIL was thrilled and those in the know will realise what a nice present it is.
