Stocking ideas for DH?

Please help! Any ideas welcome. He loves cooking (he's a chef), football, tech, golf, booze.

Mine has the usuals:

socks
pants
shower gel (fancy version)
very fancy shampoo
chocolate

This year he also has, so far:

Audio books on cd for his long car drives
A mini bottle of cholula hot sauce
A knife specifically for cutting cardboard (don't ask, plus I know some people are superstitious about giving knives)
A mug
American M&Ms
A fridge magnet

He has a very big stocking. We have a no tat rule, which mainly results in consumables although not exclusively. It probably also makes the contents a little more boring, but I'm OK with that. He'll probably also get skin care.

He's had a Friday Night Dinner pen before, charger cables, seeds, alcohol miniatures, a beer glass (branded, leffe or similar), magazines, hair products, key ring and all manner of other food products/tea bags etc.

Some things that went down well here last year: the different types of tabasco sauce you can get (I think a green one and maybe yellow?) a nice bottle of bitters for adding to cocktails etc. Bars of soap. Mini toiletries for if we ever get to travel again

Microplane?

Fantastic spices / obscure types of pepper or chilliest from The Soice Shop in their lovely yellow tins (they have a store online).
Lump of pink salt and grater

A fancy parmesan grater
A dark chocolate orange

This year I've got

• shower gel (his favourite, he wouldn't appreciate fancy stuff!)
• mug (motorcycle quote on it)
• bar sign
• Canoeing keyring
• silly socks
• pants
• chocolate orange
• chocolate discs (since I can't get dark chocolate coins)
• biltong (will be purchased nearer the time)
• cheese (see above)
• bottle of beer/cocktail can

Oh and the game unstable unicorns

tentative3 can you share a link for the cardboard cutting knife. This would be completely perfect for my DP!

@pontiouspilates it's this one, but this obviously wasn't the actual link because I didn't buy that many and I didn't buy them from the US! I think it's available elsewhere too though. It looks not at all fancy but I'm hoping it will still go down well.

Knife sharpener? Good olive oil minis fancy olives often come in small tins, valhrona chocolate

Tom Kerridge does some delcious gormet ketchups, you can buy them on amazon or on his website, I got some for DH stocking last year & they were a big hit
