As title says I'm so upset thinking of the people that are going to be ripped off. People are scumbags

What a bunch of arseholes, as a previous poster said, there are loads of them. I've reported a few as misleading title, although it's not if read properly, but obviously meant to mislead. I wish there was an easy way of reporting them all in one go by email, but the contact options are "chat" or phone, which usually involve someone in a call centre who couldn't really care less and won't be passed on to someone higher up who could act on it.

@louise4745

I don't think they can claim to be honest.

I once bought a Lego set. The instructions only arrived. I had searched for Lego friends. I re read the description and it said Lego friends whatever the set was instructions only.

I didn't read to the end abs it didn't even occur to me someone would pay £12 for instructions. I couldn't open a case. Obviously this is a lot more money so hopefully they can.

You can definitely claim now. eBay started a no quibble return policy few years ago. If you want your money back you don't need a reason.
