Present tracking app recommendations

In the past I've used an app to help me plan Christmas budgets and presents etc. This year as DH is wfh he's more involved which is great but the app I use doesn't allow me to share access. Given his tendency for late night online shopping once he's on board with something I really need to get him tracking things.

Anyone any recommendations? Fully accept I'm likely going to have to pay for an app that has this option.

You could set up a spread in excel (online or use a free version such as Google docs) in about 5 mins which can track presents and costs. You can both have access and see each others updates in real time.

Could easily add a front page dashboard too, giving you a quick summary at a glance.

A few minutes set up means you can have it all tracked exactly how you like with no cost.

Obviously no good if you are set on an app, but seems silly to spend money when its so easy to set up.
