Fake Baileys

I always have a craving for Irish Cream Liqueur this time of year but don't love Baileys as it's a bit too thick or sweet or something. I normally plump for a supermarket version.

Anyone have any favs?

I've just opened the Lidl £3.79 one (not the duluxe version Grin) and I think it tastes like banana!

The Ballycastle from Aldi is watery. I'm sure people have been conditioned to believe it's better than Baileys but it just isn't!

Another vote for Aldi. I actually can’t drink the real thing anymore. I find it too sweet. Aldi’s is perfect

Mark's and Spencer sometimes do a couple of flavours too.

Sainsbury’s ‘Baileys’ is nicer than proper Baileys in my opinion. And at £5ish it’s also a fraction of the price!

I love the flavoured ones form M&S. Their trifle Irish cream is my fave. I'm also going to try Tesco finest gingerbread latte Irish cream.

Aldi here too!

Lidl's one is nice, as is sainsbury's and the m&s coconut one.

Big no to the aldi one, my mum and I got a bottle a few years back, had a couple out it each and then both spent the next 12 hours straight vomiting. Probably nothing to do with the fake baileys but it's now associated in our minds with sick 🤢

I like Sheridans but always for the novelty value of pouring varying mixes Blush
