Vlogging camera for 13 year old?!

Has anyone got any recommendations-I would be extremely grateful!!

I don't know, but this is what my 10 year old has asked for and I have no idea what to do! She hasn't got an iPad, so I'm wondering if that would actually be more use to her in terms of video editing etc?

No idea if any good but the reviews seemed ok for what she will use it for.
