Mine loved Happyland at that age.
Or something for outside... Balance bike, mini trampoline, slide etc.

Duplo is lovely and gets great value in terms of years of use.

The toys that had the most longevity from that age for my 2 were wooden animals and tree blocks. They also combined their Brio trainset, wooden blocks and various wooden stacking toys with them. My 8yo still plays with them now.

George Asda gave a lovely wooden dolls house with little figures ideal for a 2 year old.

The Tomy Bath Ice Cream maker is on my list for my 2 year old. She loves the bath and loves ice cream so should go down well and it's in the 2 for £30 deal I'm argos

Toy kitchen, duplo and train set. I know it repeats what others have said but all are well worth it. Hours/years of fun.

TicTacTwo · 20/11/2020 22:08

Does she have dressing up things?

NotmyfirstRodeomyfriend · 20/11/2020 22:09

Agree with the Asda doll house recommendation! She's still so young, she won't know what's going on... £100 is more than enough Smile

Happyland, balance bike, duplo and wooden train track.

NannyR · 20/11/2020 22:13

I'd go for open ended toys - duplo, schliech animals, brio trains, a tuff tray for messy and sensory play. Jigsaws, craft supplies, maybe a scooter or balance bike.

We bought ds the IKEA kitchen and some accessories when he was 18mo, he still plays with it now at 4yo.

39weekswithno2 · 20/11/2020 22:22

Other things that we've had a lot of use out of;

Bikes (he's now had 3 and has used them a lot)
A sylvanian family dolls house, he absolutely loves it.
Brio train set
Any kind of building bricks

ToManderleyAgain · 20/11/2020 22:24

Yy to IKEA kitchen. Also a nice wooden sandpit on legs, bought at that age, still in regular use 4+ years later

whiteflower84 · 20/11/2020 22:30

I've just bought my 18 month the aldi kitchen, I think it was £30 & we bought some wooden food and pots and pans... also a coupe car! Two things she loves at nursery!

Bought her a few other bits but she gets so much off family, I'd struggle to store it all if we bought a lot! X

I've got my 18mo some mega blocks sets, she got the building table for her birthday and she absolutely loves it, it wasn't very expensive either so comes highly recommended from here
