When does your elf (on the shelf) arrive?

If you partake in elfie - when does he or she arrive in your house?

1st December

1st December. He arrives on top of the Christmas Tree, causes havoc for 3 or so weeks, then disappears Christmas Eve.

We have an elf door in our lounge and when our tree went up last weekend I sprinkled icing sugar in front of it to look like snow. The kids know he’s about and will be joining us soon.

I know it’s an unpopular opinion but we adore our elf and the magic he brings with him.

The elf door appears in our lounge first but the elf doesn't arrive until 1st December. He's usually there once we wake up and brings the advent calendars with him.

1st of December usually, however he arrived last night because he needs to isolate for 2 weeks. He’s currently sat on a shelf cubby sealed with cellophane.

Ours is going to come tonight. The santa letter asked for an early appearance so he will be going in an isolation jar for 2 weeks. Normally he would come 1st dec but i guess as its a shit year I can make an allowance. Let the games begin!
