What are you getting for your 13 year old dc??

DD really just wants technology things right now I am thinking of getting her the iphone SE which means I will have to pay for it monthly, it seems alot but dd doesn't want another brand of phone.

Just wondering what your 13 ish year olds are getting?

How about an Alexa or some LED lights? My DD14 has both and really likes them. We bought the WiFi plugs too so she's linked her lamp to the Alexa too. Fairly reasonable price wise too.

For my niece I've got a fluffy blanket, a notebook and pens, pastel highlighters and a bath bomb. I'm hoping these are acceptable!

For her recent birthday we got her a skiing lesson at a Snowdome, which she hasn't been able to have yet.

Paddleboard here. Also have a fluffy jumper. Ds not asked for much.

I have two DSs, who will turn 13 and 14 shortly after Christmas. They both have iPhones, DS1 had a new one for his 13th birthday this year.

DS1 is getting a PS5, Air Max trainers, LED lights for his room, bedding, wallet, pyjamas and copious amounts of American sweets.

DS2 is having a (Second hand) gaming PC, mini fridge, "Become a Lord" gift box, LED lights, Pop vinyls, Waffle Maker.

We are very fortunate to be in a better financial situation than usual this year, so we're making the most of it and spoiling them.

Struggling this year! I've got him a few smaller items but I don't know what to get for the main gift.
So far I have:

Dressing gown
Cheese making set
Stuff you should know book
Star Wars scented candles
Amazon Echo
Lynx gift set

He's very into board games so I'll get a couple of those at some point.

I'd quite like to get him a driving experience voucher but I'm a bit wary of getting vouchers for experiences at the moment.

I also have a 13 year old niece who I'm struggling for ideas for so will watch this thread with interest!

DD is getting make up, jewellery, new football kit, billie Eilish hoodie, SIMS expansion pack, chilli style water bottle, tracksuit bottoms, books, some stocking bits like stationary for school, toothpaste and electrical toothbrush heads + Chocolate

@22WR - dd has an alexa what do you need to link the lamp to the alexa? She might like this

What type of led lights are you all getting? Like strip lights?

I don't plan on getting her anything else. I did say if she wanted a phone there wouldn't be anything else so she has plenty.
