WhatsApp advent calendar?

We have a family group chat and I would love to do a type of advent calendar on the chat, so every morning I send something to the chat to help countdown to christmas.
Some ideas are a link to a YouTube Xmas song, photo of my sons in their Xmas jumpers, a cheesy Xmas joke...
I wondered if anyone had any other suggestions?
My grandparents would love this but I know some people would hate it so I would prefer actual suggestions rather than reasons not to do it.

You could add
recipe for Christmas treats
Beautiful snow scene photos
Animated snow globe

Could maybe do a couple of trivia questions including music and picture ones

Maybe a couple of old family photos of christmas

A simple recipe

A challenge for everyone to respond to eg by 11am send a pic of you in a funny hat/dressed in red and green

Photo of the tree when you put it up?
Singing a carol maybe?

Sounds like a lovely idea. I would keep it personal - photos of your family and home.

I think I might do the same. Just need to find 24 jokes and edit them onto Christmassy backgrounds...

There is a free cute site that helps with this called 'Advent My Friend'.

You can add photos, links, videos etc. so could add gift cards, recipes etc. No idea how secure it is though to do it this way.
